During breaks you can enjoy Play Station, coffee, play table football and just have a great time with colleagues, but punctuality is very important here, people rely on each other. The job itself is very easy but also responsible as you have to perform in front of the camera, but in general you are seated for about two hours communicate with players online and deal cards, for work life balance you're not expected to work outside the working hours, you show up on time, do your job, go home and enjoy time off. One of the biggest benefits for me is that employees are mostly promoted internally and probably that is the main reason why you can rely on management, because they know all the ins and outs of the job. Thankfully the training program for new employees is well structured and the training covers everything from theoretical knowledge, practical and also you're given so many tips and tricks in how to become better at the job, which helps a lot later on if you want to take on a different role.
